This service includes primary vibro-separation of slag and its subsequent phased crushing to final fractions with intermediate samples before each stage.
Crushing is carried out with intermediate dispersion by fractions, from which larger fractions are fed to re-crushing. Finally crushed slag is subjected to gravitational separation.
The use of roller gratings at the first stages of processing makes it possible to transfer a number of metals contained in the slag into a magnetic state, due to which the yield of metal extracted from the slag increases when using magnetic separation.
Such a set of measures made it possible to raise the degree of extraction of metal-containing elements from slag to 98%. The resulting metals are remelted and used in further secondary metallurgical processing. The slag in which we extracted the metal is used in construction.
